My name is Maya Fischer. I’m a recent graduate from the University of Florida and currently studying Fashion in Business at Istituto Marangoni in Miami. It’s a pleasure to share my story—and even more exciting to explore potential opportunities to work together.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela and raised in the United States, I’ve been shaped by a multicultural background that continues to inspire the way I see the world. This diverse lens fuels my creativity and drives my passion for storytelling, especially through fashion—a space where I’ve always felt most at home.

I find purpose in making every element align with a bigger story. I love the process of seeing a project through from start to finish—watching it evolve from concept to execution, and ensuring each stage reflects a clear, cohesive message. That sense of ownership and artistic integrity is what motivates me most.

I’m someone who thrives in creative, collaborative environments and approaches everything I do with authenticity, discipline, and a positive mindset. Growing up as a competitive swimmer taught me the value of balance, leadership, and perseverance—qualities I bring into every project and relationship. I believe in doing work you love, staying organized without losing spontaneity, and uplifting the people around you.

Outside of work, you’ll find me immersed in house music (my personal escape), blending menswear and elevated streetwear as my personal style, discovering new cuisines, and traveling to embrace new cultures. My family is my anchor, and loyalty is at the core of who I am. To me, life is best lived with harmony—between work, self, and the world around you.
